Resilience Retreat Details and Sample Schedule
You can expect a supportive and nourishing experience
During the retreat, Jana and Erica will walk you through the entire CEDAR Framework and will guide you through a variety of nourishing practices to support your nervous system. You will learn everything you need to know implement the framework and will benefit from the shared group experience and real time guidance and instruction. We flexibly cater to all learning styles, and build gentle safe movement and nervous system support into every session.

All retreat participants will receive 12-month access to the online CEDAR Course, and once you return home you will be able to review the framework and deepen your learning through supplementary material not covered during the retreat.

You will also be invited to join a private online forum specifically for CEDAR Course participants so you can stay connected and receive continued support.
