Meet Your Facilitators
Jana is passionate about helping others live life to the fullest. With a kind, intuitive, and research-based approach, she teaches people about the interaction between their nervous system, symptoms, and life circumstances.
Jana knows firsthand what it is like to be stuck with chronic symptoms and a limited diet, and what it takes to overcome. She wants to share hope and empower others with practical mind and body-based tools designed to address symptoms, enhance wellbeing, and improve relationships.

Erica specializes in rehabilitating the brain and nervous system with a compassionate approach. After defying the odds in her own life, she recovered from numerous chronic illness and symptoms. She knows you can change your life, beyond what feels possible.

Erica wants you to be healthy in all aspects of your life, mind, body, and spirit. Her intuitive nature and keen pattern recognition skills will help make sense of what you are experiencing, bring awareness to what's keeping you stuck, and empower you with practical tools to get well and stay well!

What to Expect
Private Lodging and
Delicious Meals
Enjoy your own private room and bathroom at a carefully chosen venue. Includes 6 meals, (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, plus beverages and snacks).
Live Instruction and
Small Group Discussion
Sessions are scheduled throughout the day, with breaks to allow you to relax and unwind. Erica and Jana will provide instruction and faciliate smaller group conversations.
Guided Nervous System Regulation
You will have many opportunities to participate in guided gentle body-based exercises that will invite your nervous system into a state of balance and relaxation.
